Our probe kits are made in house daily and with that comes precision. think of it probe to fork.

Here are some information on how and when we get the product to you.

When will my order be sent?

We send probe kits within 24 hours of purchase except for weekends and public holidays

Tracking

We’ll send you a tracking number in your delivery confirmation email once your order has left the lab. From there you’ll receive a notification from Australian Post on the day your order is arriving.

Is there anywhere you don’t deliver?

For now because of the size of our operations, we only deliver in the Hunter region of NSW, Australia

Can deliveries be left at my address if no one is there?

Definitely, as long as there’s a somewhere safe and you’ve let us know that it’s ok to leave it. You can do this by selecting ‘Authority To Leave’ during the checkout process.
