Use the contact form to send us your name and address, and we'll mail you our very own Wild yeast Zoo Probe Kit.
Step 2
Explore
Use the probe kit to collect soil and organic material containing new yeast in your area.
Step 3
Secure the Sample
Follow the instructions contained within the Probe Kit, to ensure your sample is going to remain secure, and record relevant information about where you collected your sample.
Step 4
Submit Your Sample
Simply mail us your completed Probe Kit, and we'll get to work, studying for potential new strains of yeast!
